SUPPORT GROUP TRAINING

 Garden and Chicken Farming Training

​At least 25 people from our support group had the opportunity to be trained by Zodwa Makhoba from Kwazulu Natal representing African Honey Bee subsistence farming guide. They were trained on how to build chicken hoks and tower garden. They worked very well as a team and successfully managed to build two chicken hoks, one to be used for chicken meat and one to be used to store eggs. And also had the opportunity to build tower garden and seedling shelf too.
Our aim is to build these hoks in every home of our support-group members to help them to sustain themselves and to generate an income. It will change their mind set and boost their self-esteem.
