New Project

​​​​​Filled with joy and praise in our hearts God answered prayers for Funding with FPD (Foundation for Professional Development) South Africa. We are working together with Department of Health and Local Clinics. This is a new expansion of our current duties. Our Home-Based Care Workers were trained to do HIV Home Based testing, Screening diseases such as TB, STI, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, VMMC (Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision), CD 4 Count and ART. We tested and screened 750 clients and referred 38 clients for treatment to local clinics. Clients who tested HIV negative were provided with prevention methods.  We also attended M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) training and we report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. We recruited three staff members joining the Home-Based Care Team for the new project. Tweefontein G, Tweefontein H, Tweefontein A and Tweefontein M clinics are providing us the testing kits and we are providing them with our daily statistics
