Sello Nhlapo Nightwatchmen, support group leader and Martha Mtsweni, Home Based Care Coordinator and Support Group Leader were excited to help two of the support group members to build two big tower gardens at their homes. This is to encourage our out patients to eat a balanced diet even at home.

This is a very great idea! Not only that it is environmental friendly, but it also good for the health of the out patients. It is very heartwarming that you build two big tower gardens to your support group members. I hope that you help more members or people out there and in this way, other people may be encouraged or consider to build a tower gardens at their own home.
