We had a every energetic group at the AIDSLINK/CABSA. Living Waters Church had organized at least 20 church members for us to train at their church. We hope that the training has opened the Channels of Hope to the attendees. Fighting HIV/AIDS stigma in the community!
We are so ever thankful for the mercies of the Lord. We had a taxi driver who was touched and wanted to fundraise for Nakekela, he organised a soccer match with other taxi drivers, Ikwekwezi FM, Police and teachers so that the money they raised through the game might be given to Nakekela as a community Centre which is helping terminally ill people.
At Nakekela we are not just caring physically, we also have a music CD to heal the soul. We love, sing and praise in our work. Finally Nakekela’s vision of realising a CD Record has come true, Please support us by a donation of R100.00 and be blessed with the music from staff members. Title Track Nakekela (Caring). Praise the Lord my soul! I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being” Psalm 145:1
