A Step Down Facility and Hospice giving care to the terminally ill in greater KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Our mission is to render palliative and curative care in a holistic manner to both in– and out–patients whose lives are impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Nakekela constantly needs the following items for our in- and out-patients:  
Clothes (pyjamas and sleepers), medication, wheelchairs, ​walking frames,
toiletries (wash cloth, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine hygiene items), blankets and Bibles.
